Culture Catcher was founded in 2018 by HR specialist Sara Eddington. With a passion for culture and a career in human resources spanning more than 15 years, Sara has seen that HR has commonly been the band aid at work, when the underlying issue has been the culture and leadership. With specialist accreditation in organisational culture and effectiveness, Sara’s expertise includes culture discovery, change management and people development.
